HIGH PRESSURE WATER JETTING AND DRAIN INSPECTIONS
Silver linings offers all our customers complimentary high-pressure water jetting and drain diagnostics with every service we provide. This means all you have to do is clear the initial blockage enough to have the drain operational. Once we are awarded the relining project we will provide end to end high-pressure water jetting and descaling of the pipework prior to our installation of the new liner.
PIPE DESCALING
Using specialised pipe descaling equipment, silver linings are able to descale rust and prepare cast-iron sewer and stormwater lines up to DN 300. We use this machine prior to carrying out relining on vertical stacks. The Maxi and Maxi Plus Millers are high-speed, high torque powerhouses for cleaning, removing hard deposits or failed CIPP linings, lateral reinstatements and Picote Brush CoatingTM featuring 12mm /1⁄2″ Flexible Shaft. Reach 30m / 100ft + 10m /32ft extension available.
High speed drain cleaning DN70-250 / 3″ to 10″ Concrete, FOGs or failed CIPP lining Removal Fast reinstatements DN70-200 /3” to 8″. Picote Brush CoatingTM with Maxi Pump DN70-300 / 3″ to 12″. Maxi Plus features removable control box to work closer to access point.
PIPE RELINING
At silver linings we use Brawo equipment which is the most advanced and highest quality equipment the market has to offer. Silver linings has the ability to reline pipes from DN100 – DN300. The inversion process is decisive for the rehabilitation result. The liner can only conform to the pipe wall when it is inverted with a constant and uniform pressure. BRAWO® SYSTEMS offers professional high quality inversion drums. The
best stainless steel, high quality workmanship and clever design enable an optimal result and professional operation over the long-term.
UV LIGHT CURING EQUIPMENT
Experience fast, reliable and above all smart light curing with BRAWO® Magnavity. Guaranteed with the usual installation safety and high quality from BRAWO® Tech.
The new light curing system consists of an intelligent LED head with 96 / 192 high-performance UV LEDs, a 50-meter long combination hose with integrated power and compressed air supply, a retraction unit and a control box
